Welcome to FKcaps. This website (fkcaps.com) is operated by MKTN Pte Ltd (UEN 202015566D), a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 111 Somerset Road #08-10A, Singapore 238164 ("FKcaps", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1.1 Eligibility
By using this site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the place where you live, and that you can form a binding contract.
1.2 Products
We sell keycaps and related accessories for mechanical and ergonomic keyboards. We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them perfectly. Keycaps are sold as decorative/replacement parts and are not guaranteed to be compatible with every keyboard — compatibility information is provided as guidance only, and it is your responsibility to confirm fit (switch type, profile, layout) before ordering.
1.3 Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in your selected display currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or JPY). These are approximate conversions for convenience; your order is charged in USD, and your bank's exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fees may apply. We are not GST-registered in Singapore, so no Singapore GST is added. Import duties and taxes are handled as described in the Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel and refund the affected order, even after it is confirmed.
1.4 Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
1.5 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
1.6 Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1.7 Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logos, graphics, product photography — is owned by MKTN Pte Ltd or its designers and licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Keycap designs created in collaboration with independent designers remain credited to those designers. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any content without our written permission.
1.8 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
1.9 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FKcaps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
1.10 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@fkcaps.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of the country in which you live.
1.11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
