Shipping policy

4.1 Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from China.

4.2 Where we ship to

We ship worldwide. Some destinations may be unavailable due to our carriers' delivery limits; available destinations are shown at checkout, and if we can't ship to your address we'll contact you and refund you in full.

4.3 Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order ships.

4.4 Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States, EU, United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing and local carriers can add time.

4.5 Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, before you pay.

4.6 Duties and import taxes

Each destination is shipped on one of two bases, shown at checkout before you pay:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) destinations: applicable import duties and taxes are already included in your shipping cost. The price you pay at checkout is final — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) destinations: import duties and taxes are not included. They are charged by your country's customs and are your responsibility, payable to the carrier or customs before delivery.

Which basis applies to your destination is shown at checkout. For DDU destinations we have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount; please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

4.7 Tracking

Where tracked shipping is available, we'll send a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation.

4.8 Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived, contact support@fkcaps.com. We can open an investigation with the carrier once an order is at least 45 days overdue. We'll work with you to resolve lost shipments fairly.

4.9 Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipping may incur additional cost.
